Loan Modifications are Available for Impacted Government Employees
The Government Shutdown may soon make it difficult for you to keep up with your loan payments. If it becomes impossible to make a full payment due to this hardship, consider applying for a “Forbearance Request.” If approved, it’ll allow you to make smaller payments for a period of time until you start getting a regular paycheck again.
- Applicants must be members in good standing.
- Priority goes to members that use Desert Rivers Credit Union as their primary financial institution and have direct deposit with us.
- Please provide proof of impact from the shutdown (such as a furlough notice or agency letter). You can upload the document when you submit the form below.
